When we thought of what to do for our May 9 FUNdraiser, a party seemed perfect. Hunter was neither a runner nor a golf nut so sports events were out. What he loved more than anything was hanging with friends so a party resonated. Just had to book a venue, a band and order the straws for mixed drinks - seemed easy, right?!? But what band to book?
We've known of The Right Now since the band first started 10+ years ago. Locals may know of the group y association as Molly Ryan and Mike O'Connell's second son Brendan started the band with some friends. Things really took off when Stefanie Berecz joined the group. Stef has an incredible set of pipes, the band are alchemists on stage and we are linked in ways that one can only credit the stars, the moons and those we love for bringing us together.
We are so grateful to them for serving as the focal point of the evening! They brought so much energy to the evening and we're eternally grateful - for their esprit de corps, big sounds and kind words.
